General Home Inspection ($340 up to 1800 sq ft)

There may be any number of reasons why a Home Inspection is requested. From estate acquisitions and annual maintenance checks to purchasing a home as an investment property or maybe your forever home. Whatever the reason, our personalized home inspection will inform you on the home’s condition through a non-invasive home inspection of the visible structure, systems and components.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection ($340 up to 1800 sq ft)

A Pre-Listing “Walk Through“ is a Home Inspection designed to identify issues that may need to be addressed prior to placing your home on the market. This service will allow you to be in a better “Sellers” position as offers on your home present themselves.

New Construction 3 Tier Inspection

Please call for pricing as this inspection consists of 3 optional inspections.

1) A Pre-Foundation Inspection to check the quality of the work before the foundation is poured.

2) Pre Drywall Inspection. This allows us to look at the attic and wall framing installation along with plumbing & electrical installation before the drywall, insulation and exterior siding is installed.

3) The Final Inspection before closing. We perform a full safety and function inspection of your home in the same manor as a general home inspection. This includes all major systems and components that are installed and readily accessible in the home for proper function and installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

11th Month Inspection ($340 up to 1800 sq ft)

Also known as “The Warranty Inspection” This is an inspection performed just before the builder’s 12 month warranty expires. We perform a full safety and functions check of the home and the home’s readily accessible systems and components. Don’t take on the builders alone! Our personalized reports with High Resolution Pictures and Videos can be a tremendous help in filing a warranty claim.

We run a camera through the home’s sewer pipe(s) to identify any current or potential problems that may cause back ups and potentially may cost thousands to repair.
